Gerard has over 20 years of experience with firearms and self-defense training. He holds numerous certifications and is often consulted as industry expert.<\/p>\n

Gerard joined the United States Navy at the age of 17, where he spent 8 years serving as a Master-At-Arms preforming Anti-Terrorism and Counter Drug Operations in South America. In his 8 years in the U.S. Navy, Gerard was part of a joint special operations team and a firearms instructor. After his time in the Navy, Gerard work for the Department of Defense in New Orleans.<\/p>\n

As an instructor, Gerard has taught hundreds of students, ranging in various skill levels, basic to advanced pistol and rifle marksmanship. In addition to firearms training, he has taught room\/building clearing, and led multiple breaching courses. In the private sector, Gerard taught various organizations providing training for service members, law enforcement, and everyday Americans<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
